Our philosophy is Lean. We believe the recipe for sustainable success is grounded in a clear, well communicated vision deployed top-down from executive management, coupled with a highly detailed plan of execution deployed from the shop floor upward throughout the organization. This effort must be supported by closed loop, customer driven metrics.
