Summary:  Fred has over 30 years of growth experience in Sales, Manufacturing and Business Development in various industries. Fred has worked in nearly all positions in manufacturing, from hourly employee to director of operations and business unit manager. His sales experience covers a broad area of expertise from sales representative to sales manager to Vice president of Business Development and Marketing. Many of these positions have been with international organizations. Fred has a winning combination of experience, dedication and hands on experience combined with a “can do” attitude. These traits have enabled him to successfully deal with all levels of people, from CEO’s to shop floor union employees. Fred became involved in Cellular manufacturing more than 20 years ago and has been a Lean participant and champion in nearly every organization since then. Cost reductions, productivity improvements, plant layouts, foreign plant start-ups and team building have been the mainstay of his business career. His communication skills, both written and oral, are outstanding.

  • Lean Champion of 2 plant locations which recently won the Outstanding Performance Award for 92 Divisions of the Standex Corporation.

  • The Sales value per direct labor hour has increased from $98/hr to $260hr during a period of rapid growth where sales increased from $20 million to $44 million in 3 years.

  • Directed all phases of a start-up division in Alabama

  • Managed a start up operation in Mexico which grew to 600+ employees at 5 locations
